All sales to the Buyer are subject to these Terms, which shall prevail over any of the Buyer’s general terms and conditions of purchase regardless of when the Buyer has submitted its purchase order or such terms. Fulfillment of the Buyer’s order does not constitute acceptance of any of the Buyer’s terms and conditions and does not serve to modify or amend these Terms. There are no terms, conditions, understandings, or agreements other than those set forth herein.

How to Purchase a Car from RT 43 Auto Sales

4 Steps to Follow:

1. Browse our vehicle inventory by viewing a full list of our in-stock vehicles.
2. Use our Live Support or Contact form with any questions you might have.
3. Send us your request to buy any listed vehicle using the “RESERVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE” form located on the right side of the page.
4. Check your email. You will receive all the details needed to complete your purchase (Vehicle Reservation Instructions and delivery schedule according to our shipping partner).

Follow the above instructions to complete the reservation process. The shipping process will start immediately after the reservation is confirmed.

Returns Policy

15 Days Money Back Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your vehicle upon delivery, it will be returned at our expense and you will receive a full refund.

1. Inspect the vehicle within 15 days: Have the car inspected by an independent mechanic or arrange an inspection yourself.
2. Finalize the deal: Complete the paperwork and the title transfer.
3. Free Shipping: Free shipping within 1000 miles from our location.

Additional Information

Delivery Time: Once a vehicle is purchased, delivery can take anywhere between 2 and 10 days, depending on the destination. The buyer has a choice of having the vehicle delivered to a directed address or left at a general drop-off location for pickup at their discretion. The vehicle remains fully insured for damage during shipping, the buyer inspection process, and prior to title transfer.

Payment: The buyer shall deposit all invoiced amounts due to the Seller within 24 hours from the date of the Seller’s invoice into escrow via Debit Card. Important note: Prior to any vehicle shipping, the purchased vehicle must be paid for in full. The vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our Escrow Company.

Vehicle Transportation Within the US or Alaska: Shipping of vehicles is available for FREE within 1000 miles from our location. Shipping is available to all US continents with very reasonable rates. We are experienced in delivering vehicles to out-of-state buyers and international locations, from Europe to Western Asia.

Transportation of Vehicle from Our Lot to Any International Port of Choice: Free Shipping (within 1000 miles from our location) will handle all your shipping arrangements. You will be given a rate for your vehicle shipment to your address or international port of choice, which will be added to the price of the vehicle. If needed, we can transport your vehicle from our lot to a port in Canada, with fees varying based on distance.

Returns & Refunds: If you find a problem with the car once it arrives, let us know immediately (within 15 days of delivery) by filing a return request at: support@Auto-nation-usa.com or by filling out our contact form. Once we receive the request, we’ll refund you 100% of the order subtotal. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 24 hours.
